TRUST & DATA BOUNDARY

Public boundary for governance assessment.

This page consolidates the public review boundary, data boundary, responsible-use position, security review path, protected materials access, and contact route for BankingX40.

Public review boundary

Public materials describe BankingX40 as deterministic AI Output Assurance for AI-generated AML/KYC workflow outputs. Public pages do not expose protected technical internals, formulas, thresholds, source paths, verifier scripts, private-review materials, customer data, or live bank datasets.

Data boundary

The public assessment path should use approved sanitized AML/KYC AI-output cases. Requests should not include customer data, live bank datasets, confidential model outputs, suspicious-activity details, regulated personal data, or protected internal materials.

Responsible use

BankingX40 governs AI-generated outputs, not customers. A decision determines whether an AI-generated AML/KYC output should be released, verified, or blocked under the active workflow governance contract. It does not replace institutional AML/KYC policy ownership.

Regulatory context

The direction of travel is clear: AI in banking needs traceability, oversight, risk controls, and evidence. BankingX40 focuses on the generated output — the point where model behavior becomes operational language. BankingX40 does not claim regulator approval, legal requirement, or production deployment authorization.

Protected materials access

Qualified reviewers may receive access to protected institutional review materials after review-fit and data-boundary confirmation. Protected materials are not public downloads and must not be redistributed or used as public benchmark claims.
